Job Description

We are in need of a part-time team member in Davis, CA for 16-24 hours for some 3pm-11pm shifts *full 8 hour shifts* for some weekdays and weekend availability is a must, including holidays.
Job duties include but are not limited to:
  • Checking guests in and out of the hotel.
  • Ensuring guest satisfaction up to brand service standards
  • Learn and use the hotel's property management system and computer system.
  • Answer guest inquires regarding local activities, restaurants, special sites and directions
  • Resolving guest issues/complaints
  • Maintain a hospitable and friendly attitude with guests and hotel staff
  • Build guest loyalty by providing exceptional guest service
  • Make and modify hotel reservations
  • Ability to answer a multi line phone system
  • Learn about the hotel's layout, guestrooms, and amenities and be able to sell the hotel accordingly.
  • Stand for up to 3 hours at a time
