Job Description

We are looking for a Hotel Desk Agent to serve as our guests first point of contact. Responsibilities  include registering guests, managing reservations.  You will be providing information about rooms, rates and amenities.

Perform check in and check out tasks.

Manage phone conversations

Inform customers about payment methods 

Register Guest by collecting necessary information ( contact details, dates of stay and address)

Welcome guests upon arrival and designating rooms

Provide  information about the hotel, available rooms, rates and amentias

Respond appropriately to guests issues and complaints

Confirm group reservation and attend to VIP customers

Skills are helpful:

Work experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent or Receptionist  is helpful

Understanding how travel planning websites operate like Booking and TripAdvisor

Position open is for 4PM to 12AM

flexible with over night hours
