Where do I find the job portal?

The job portal is hosted by in the Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) system. You’ll see references to ‘job portal’ and CRM - they are one and the same.

How do I login to the CRM?

Go to, enter your username, which is the email address you used to sign up for an account and your password.

How much does it cost to post a job with the CRM?

Best Western Hotels, Inc. has an unlimited posting subscription with, so there is no direct fee for BWI Inc. members/franchisees/international hoteliers owners to post on

How can I get started?

Go to the support page and click on the ‘registration’ button on the right side of the page. You’ll need to complete all of the fields in order to successfully submit your request for a job portal account.

What happens if I have more than one property to register?

Each property will need its own registration to be completed. If you have more than 5 properties, you can provide all of the required information in an excel or csv file and submit via email. For more information on this option, visit the registration section on the support page

I forgot my password - how can I get a new one?

You can request your own reset from the site login page ( 24/7!

What job boards does work with?

We post your jobs on, Google Jobs, as well as send an organic feed of jobs to Glassdoor,, and Lensa. Your jobs will also be posted online at

How many jobs may I post?

As many as you need! There is no limit - just remember to include information on how candidates can apply for the job.

How can I edit my jobs?

Easy! Click on the 'jobs' tab and hover over the Actions section of the ad you'd like to edit. Select the pen icon that appears. Make any changes you need. Once you've made your edits, click Continue to review the updated job. If you're happy with your changes, click Submit.

Do you offer translation services for job ads?

No, does not offer translation services.

Do you have job ad templates?

Yes! A job template library is available on the job template page. You are welcome to customize the advertisement with property specific information as you see fit. Make sure you include how candidates can apply for your job in your description!

How can I view previously posted job postings?

Very Simple! When you are on the jobs tab of the CRM, in the upper right hand corner you will see a drop down menu that states “Hide Unadvertised”, you want to ensure that “show unadvertised” is selected to see all inactive and active job postings.

Can I collect resumes in the CRM?

At this time, the current arrangement with BWI Inc. does not allow for resumes to be stored in the CRM.

How can I add another colleague to my CRM account?

If you need to have more than one person who can post jobs for your location, you can indicate that at the time of registration in the last field of the registration form or you can submit your request to
