Key Responsibilities:

  1. Warm Welcome: Greet guests with a friendly smile and welcoming demeanor upon their arrival at the hotel.

  2. Efficient Check-In/Check-Out: Process guest registrations, check-ins, and check-outs promptly and accurately, following established procedures.

  3. Guest Assistance: Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a courteous and professional manner, providing information and assistance as needed.

  4. Room Assignments: Assign guest rooms and provide room keys, ensuring accuracy and adherence to guest preferences whenever possible.

  5. Payment Handling: Process guest payments, including cash, credit card, and other payment methods, while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.

  6. Phone and Reservation Management: Handle incoming phone calls, make reservations, and assist with inquiries related to room availability, rates, and hotel amenities.

  7. Upselling and Promotions: Inform guests about hotel services, amenities, and promotions, and actively encourage upselling opportunities to enhance their experience.

  8. Safety and Security: Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests by following hotel security protocols and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written.
  • Able to work flexible schedule to cover days off for current team members.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling guest information and transactions.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including knowledge of reservation systems and office software.
  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
