We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. This position plays a key role in driving group and corporate sales, managing client relationships, and increasing overall hotel revenue.

Position Summary:

The Sales Manager is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and generating revenue through group bookings, meetings, conferences, and events. This role requires a proactive approach to market research, client engagement, and sales strategy execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed revenue goals for rooms.

  • Proactively seek out new corporate, government, association, and group business through prospecting and networking.

  • Conduct property tours and site visits for prospective clients and planners.

  • Respond promptly to sales inquiries and prepare customized proposals and contracts.

  • Foster long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

  • Represent the hotel at trade shows, networking events, and community functions.

  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and provide regular sales reports to management.

Qualifications:

  • Proven sales experience in hotels.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Proficiency in sales platforms.

  • Self-motivated, with excellent time management and organizational skills.

  • Familiarity with the Baltimore market and its corporate, government, and association sectors is a plus.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred.
